RE:Watch for a big share buy back at the prices

I agree. Insiders have been buying, as well. Be interesting to see the NCIB volume for February which should be public soon. The oil story still not rousing investors even with many firms sitting close to multi-year lows, so the oil patch is a good place for a value investor to sift through.
