RE:RE:horrible price action by whole sector. Good news if....It's been a tough quarter because expecations are high and waiting is tough.  No doubt there is still an issue with confidence in the sector's ability to return gains.

This process has just started.  I'm confident CPG and my other oil and gas stocks will do better in a short time.  As Eric Nuttall says, "first to the party".  I think lots of hands are shaking loose because of sideways price action.
