WTI in CAD in July 2014 vs Today and CPG SP and DIV

WTI in CAD in July 2014 vs Today and CPG SP and DIVIf we convert WTI/barell into Canadian Dollars on July 2014 WTI ($103.59 @ 1.065 exhange rate), it equates WTI/barell being @ $110.32 in Canadian Dollars on July 2014.

If we convert WTI/barell into Canadian dollars today ($89/barrel @ 1.265 exchange rate) it is actually higher than it was in July 2014 @ $112.58 CAD today.

In contrast the share price was $44.50 on July 2014 vs $8.50 today (more than 5 times higher)

The dividend on the other hand was $0.23/month on July 2014 vs $0.015/month today (15 times higher)

Since all of CPG accounting is calculated in CAD and all these talks about reducing expenses and being leaner compared to 2014, I don't see why share prices are so depressed. Management also needs to stop being so cheap with dividends.
