I spent most of last year in the $11-15 camp.  Now I'm in the $15 -20 camp. 
 
It was actually another poster who pushed me to find the information to do this.  His claim was that last time CPG traded at $20, there were half the number of shares outstanding.  I went to verify this statement and  Simply put, the shares outstanding isn't that much higher than it was the last time the company traded at $20 (a mere 14% higher).  With buybacks, the shares outstanding should be under control in a reasonable timeframe.   
 
The debt used to scare investors but it's well under control too.  The div has been incrementally increased, and I expect it to continue to do so. 

Goose?  Golden egg?  Either way, this is going to pay off.
