Excellent point the arbritage is there even in the Canadian context, multiples of CNQ allow them to be very aggresive. more likely it will be US led on the back of an electoral victory for Republicans. CPG is way better then developing a new shale field or ant shale field for that matter , high breakeven.

oklahoma sccop play another matter , cant help myself but to point out there is a public company trading at $1.88 EV/proven BOED. wont mention symbol easy enough to find thru my posts.
