Hopefully it pops for you. It might not. Doing the math on the div...8 cents or 32/yr + 3.5 cents or 14/yr for a total of 46. Thats 4%. Dam you can find 6% or higher all over the place. CJ is 8% in the same space. Anyway good luck in choices......
