IMHO CPG BOD is wise not to take any action or rush buyback. They should wait till selling by shell is over to see how low the share price can go before mopping up those cheap shares. That is a wise decision. They should pay down debt first and when it reaches 1.0 they can double the dividend. Let market decide. Passionate, dedicated, loyal investors will see the maximum rewards .
