I've sent your posts to management in hopes they take action on your allegations of fraud. Don't think it's fair to suggest the Company committed any fraud.
You don't get it. This company just sucks. They haven't done anything fraduelnt. Board members are up for election every year by shareholders and compensation is approved at every AGM. The company is a debt ridden one drug wonder. that's it. No fraud, just crappy company.
The differnece is some of us understood teh company was crappy at 15-20 bucks. You chose not to understand this. Now that it's 4 bucks you're talking about how crappy it is. You were just late to the game. You deserve to be in the loser seat.
