RE:Tax loss deal?Please elaborate. Note 18 from last annual report noted huge non capital tax losses from cardiome acquisition . I assume that's what you are referring to? But I noted that cph pays current taxes, so are the tax losses useful to cph or not? There is also the typical bicker with CRA about the tax losses from that transaction. I'm no tax expert by any means but if cph can't use them and CRA disputes them, then who would want to pay anything for them?
