The price increase is good but the volume of shares is not there yet.  Looks more like someone had to cover a short position and is trying to pry shares from those willing to take advangage of the recent increase.  
Or, it is possible someone is a recent participant - did their homework on fiancials, earnings,techncial indicators and said - the market valuation is off and there is an opportunity here.

The SP has gone up 42 cents since the June 1st close (53 cents if you use todays high) ... quite amazing. I realize Pharma is hot right now, but no news from CPH so I'm not sure what specifically is driving a 30 to 40 % increase in the share price ?

Some scuttling about and scratching behind the drywall, for sure. I would love to think that Mull's finally found the man of his dreams to acquire this, ah, interesting project. But why would he suddenly start getting lucky at this late stage? Decided to sign over some CPH products to Bausch Health as part of a settlement? This is a pop in the share price that hasn't been seen in a dog'
