Good thing CR hedged gas

Good thing CR hedged most of their gas production for next year. NYMEX down 10% and probably going back to $2 this winter and will drag down AECO with it.

Even a better thing if the 6 wells in the UCR area planned for completion in Q1 will coincide with higher oil prices. Would be nice if it happens and CR may even find a buyer for its heavy oil and non producing assets. Until then, lots of volatility in oil and gas. Surprised the recent rally in oil and shares of major producers is still holding. I thought it was premature but the market seems to ...more

Theoretically nat gas demand was not supposed to be affected by Covid, but Crude was (due to less  commuter driving and less jet fuel demand). What we saw last week was a surprising drop in nat gas demand but not in crude demand. I agree that it is very good for Crew to be cautious as they seem to be aggressive with their drilling program. Well look at the cards that were tightly held to Seppelt's chest and fell to the floor to all to see! Are you saying Crew has roared? And why do you care what others own or don’t own?  Go read my comment on KEL board, I don’t want to repeat the same thing many times. Nothing offensive there, I have just politely asked you to stop embarrassing yourself.

No party here, I sold all CR last run and don't regret it. I made some good money the last two weeks with the proceeds while CR has lost about 20%. This is just a trade at best. Almost everything partying today but CR.

Seppelt you are absolutely correct. There will be a significant boost in liquids volume for Crew from those wells in Q1 2021. I don't know if you have been watching our posts but Crew have 10 wells (not 6 wells) that are drilling or have been rig released in the UCR area and the 1 DUC well also. It is looking good.
