Yes I heard that too... would be interesting to see that map when it appears... sad part is Russia sees value in investing in Canadian energy.. but Ottawa doesn't.. :-/ But I'll guarantee you Ottawa will jump in and block any transactions if they start to get too aggressive... seems we can count on the commies in Russia more so than the commies in Ottawa... sad isn't it.. :-(

What's in a name? The point is that money will increasingly be coming back to the oil patch. We may need their money, "They" will certainly require our hydrocarbons especially nat gas. Nationalists may want to protect us from OPM , but with huge government debt levels they will be ill equipped to do that.
