Chevron to buy Hess for US$53 billion in latest oil megadeal...

ARX continues to trade near 52 week highs...maybe a great time to make a move on CREW or even BIRCHCLIFF..downside more than likely to be an 'all stock" deal as is the trend these days...dwdc

I would take an all stock deal over an all cash deal.  That way, you get to decide when you want to book your gains and how you want to spread them.
