"Class, who's at the front here?"

Well, a theory.

It goes like this.

CDRL has a member on its Board from Dalton. Dalton is supplying the production of the CBD, whatever that does. So CRDL is completely dependant on Dalton. CRDL has stated that they do have a pship, but not all pships are the same, with any possible array of who covers the costs, who gets what, and who gets what portion of the bottom line of the pship.

So, in retrospect, is CRDL nothing but a front-end of Dalton which has the manufacturing. If CRDL goes .... kaput... Dalton still survives (CRDL is nothing but a side-line for it), maybe even then takes ownship of the drug outright - God only knows what's in the pship agreement -, on the failure of the pship (means lesser realizable proceeds from CRDL on bankruptcy, for the shareholders).

Kinda makes you wonder eh?

Maybe CRDL would like to disclose more of its potential pship % from the arrangement, before we get all so hot and bothered by the majic mushroom potential of some heart drug? After all, these are the same people who have, well, what do some would call it, lied to the market before about the now famous Shoppers Drug deal. And remember, what ever this drug does, it just may be legally, at the end of the game, owned by Dalton.

They can maybe get back to use with some info, whether they'd like to: CALL TREVOR (I think he'll love ya for it)!!!

Ya, but I'm not the co. that signed a distribution deal 3 months after which its product disappeared after a week, after waiting 3 months, only to reappear 4 months after that, at the same price. And ya, I'm not the one you launhes into pships with manufacturing being too dry on cash to do it themselves. (But touting it in a misleading 'Press Release...) And, as Maple mentioned, who& ...more

1. They signed a distribution agreement with Shoppers. Delay, no delay, it is a good thing. No matter what youe imagination dreams up. If you spoke with IR you would have the answer as to why already. Covid affected production, like many other companies. Not to mention they had to pivot to try and help people dying from heart diease when diagnosed with covid. If you stopped listening to yourself ...more

Great post! There's a ton of jokers here on this board. Just ignore them. This company is blue sky but obviously we need to put up with some of the seagulls flying around in the atmosphere. Great days ahead. Hold onto your shares.
