RE:RE:RE:Looking for some claritySo true! The accounting is consistent all the way back to the first acquisition.
To further clarify, the company purchases "anesthesia service providers" or ASP's. They provide anesthesia services to  "entities" that mostly do colonoscopyies. The company does not do or own the facilities where the colonoscopy is performed. They have exclusive and long term contracts with those facilities. Those contracts are very valuable! So, when a patient has a colonoscopy, that is one case. The number of cases are rising rapidly! The money varies from each case for various reasons depending on the location and insurance at the time of the procedure. On average, the company receives something well North of 400 USD for each case and splits that with the "entities" or partners. This is all good.
