short-term 0-90 days
mid-term 90 days -12 months
long-term 12+ months

I figure I will hold 12+ see what management can do...at a $3.00 average with little $'s only 10K it is not a major holding but will be fun to watch.

Takes strong management to win in the aquisition game mind you it also take strong management to drive organic growth.
