I'm not sure but I'd say AGF's announcement that they decreased their position in CRH has more to do with decline today than TD's target reduction. When Peter Imhof was on BNN the last couple times and spoke about CRH he mentioned they are one of the largest private holders I believe. They had over 5 Million worth of shares. They have reduced their position, not sold all their position.
