RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The Revised Cut's Adjustment to FCF is Very SmallI find it a bit strange that the rate cut was more than mgmt had expected. I understand they have no control over CMS and could have been caught off guard by this. But why did you only plan for the rate cut that you expected, and not a worse case scenario. Why were they so confident in the rate they were expecting, only to be caught with their pants down, unprepared. Good mgmt is expected to be prepared for unforseen circumstances. This is the field they are supposed to be experts in yet they had no incling that the rate cuts could be more than expected.
