Acquisition of Lake Washington AnesthesiaIs it too busy of a news day that the market doesn't acknowledge this acqusition? If I remember correctly I don't think the earnings track record is very good when they announce an acquisition the week before earnings. Historically it seemed to be a way to soften the blow of a earnings miss. We will see next week.
