RE:Acquisition of Lake Washington AnesthesiaI think the market is still not totally sure about the business given what happened.  If earnings are good next week I think it will bounce up and this acquisition will bring that bounce up even higher.  The only part of the whole thing I personally worry about is that because rates are always subject to CMS reviews will that keep this stock supressed as there is always that looming cloud?  Does anybody know through other stocks if companies whose primary revenue is continuously controlled by CMS tend to fair worse than more "what the market will bear" pricing stocks?
