Won't move the needle

Won't move the needleBuy-backs will unlikely move the  evaluation needle, unless the buy-back is massive in the 20-30 million shares range which is beyond the capacity of the co. That is why i am of the school of preservation of capital for major acquisitions, and expansion of the market share Debt reduction, or divident. Divident will make the stock atractive to many shareholders who seek income. But reduction of the float won't affect the price of the stock; the last 2 years the company has paid lip service to stock buy-backs and has made zero difference in the price of the stock. Time for the management and the board to re-examine priorities.
