that's correct - they didn't make any buybacks in Feb/March

I spoke to Investor Relations a few weeks ago and they said they wouldn't go too aggressive on the buyback because they need FCF/cash reserves/loan availability to keep operations going in the face of reduced or no revenues coming in. the buyback program is managed by their investment bank and uses criteria to automate purchases from what I understand.

the TSX used to have an Insider market so you could see daily when an insider trade was made. they got rid of that awhile back while makes it harder to guage when buybacks are happening. i would venture to guess some of the recent uptick is attributed to buybacks though...hard to say whether it's that or just the fact the stock got grossly oversold
