how are they a capital destroyer? they make accretive acquisitions that produce positive cashflow. just because a stock price is depressed doesn't mean a company has destroyed capital. 

even if you consider the CMS rate reset which did wipe out market cap - and cite the company paid an EBITDA multiple for acquisitions that have lost value (because the cashflow isn't as high anymore because of CMS cuts) - they still paid 4-5X EBITDA which is below a market multiple for a publc company of this size producing these types of high margin cashflows.

i viewed the Board change as a positive thing. Tushar Ramani has deep expertise in this space and it makes sense for him to control the BOD and act as the company's CEO.
