RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Acquisition AnnouncementWINDGOD - I  feel your pain... I have been in this forever my cost being below 2.00 but have watched it go to 11.00 ( way overbought ) then go all the way back down. It should really never have got over 8.  Then came the cuts, 2 of them putting the stock into oversold territory.
Management is sound, having a poor first C.E.O  the board got him out and enticed Edwartd Wright to come onboard and he did a really good job.
His background was not in this field and he took this company back. When he felt he had taken the company as far as he could, they had discussions and that is when they hired Mr Rumani, whose credentials speak mountains. All this, in an amicable fashion as far as I know.
Next Tony Holler leaves - he was Board Chair. That, to  me is a blessing.
Holler got a huge halo from making pots of money managing IDB years ago.
Since then he has done diddley squat.....in spades.
Started Inviro, a bio-medical company and drove that into receivership.
The idea was good - retractible needle where the actual needle is drawn back into the barrel after use.
Huge satety positive and he blew the whole thing. Now, my wife is using that same technology, but from a different company. HE TOTALLY BLEW IT.......idea was taken away because of bankruptcy.
Next he is C.E.O. of SNN - a pot company.
Well they ran into difficulties and he resigned from the board of CRH to concentrate on keeping SNN alive.  Well guess what - take a look at that stock. Big time loser.....
He has his big vineyard in B.C. and all the investors have to get food stamps.........

So - I think this company, CRH, is a 2021 story and I am just happy to be here.
Sure, I am ticked that I didnt bail at 10.00 but hey, thats the way t goes.
The company is sound, and really always has been.
This new board member just blows my socks off and is really going to help Mr Rumani take this conpany where he thinks it should go.

Too bad we had this virus episode as that really puts a fly in the ointment in this sector.
I am looking to the 3rd and 4th quarter, as number 2 will be a disaster.
But, for me this has 2021 written all over it with solid management and a good business platform.
A dividend would be nice, but I think growth is their plan..... but I can still dream of a small divvy.

This is my opinion only, and hope I am right.

Cheers
