You are certainly entitled to your point of view bonjovi and I respect that, but EVERY mining company raises money that way... this is by no means what CRK did.

Because the cash flow was not enough for what they need to do this year. They made less money this year because the price of Gold had declined, again this is a situation that has affected every gold producer... at the same time though, they paid off credit suisse and are now totally leveraged to the price of Gold. Managment also signed new contracts with unions and cut the cost of production per ounce by nearly $200... The new CEO is excellent ... Your comments are not justified imo.
