Driven into the ground, $ 3.05 what a mess.

The share price reflects the way many of the CARERX branch offices run. High turnover in staff, not paying staff rates equal to other similar operations. Absenteeism is rampant, staff allying in sick constantly. They bring on news LTC homes and the share price drops. Look at a 1 year chart, $ 6.20 down to $ 3.05 and we have not formed a bottom. What can they do to improve their financials.
