RE: CS and NCUNot sure if it's NCU, but the only reason for the low Capstone share price is what they do with all there cash. They didn't raise all this money to sit on there hands so we know and the company will tell you they are actively looking for a takeover. That being said I would guess they have been in negotiation for some time with some copper juniors that need excess to cash to start a mine. I would think the hard work of permitting and an EIS would be done and only the hard part of raising capital was needed. The mining industry is very small and these guys all know each other. Hope there's a deal worth it for them or they may be the ones taken out.
