Thats why i never look in the evening like that, as it can be very misleading. I think it's some kind of game someone is playing. But it is definitely a great sign of hope! That's for sure!

I do like to check after 8 am though when we are closer to the markets opening and right now at 08:22 am I see $3.0136! GO CS GO!
