What's Going on?
To me it seems like a 20% interest in CS is being reduced to a 10% interest with the Vendor receiving $9.50 per share.
Pretty good indication of confidence in CS in that there is a buyer at that price and volume.

This is almost 62M shares at A$ 9.5 which is approximately $8.45 Cad reflecting around $0.5 Cad below market price of CS and this is the reason the SP is not moving in line with copper and gold price, this has temporary and short term effects on SP if copper holds or goes higher CS will start to climb again.
