Sorry. Insiders do not always buy only if they think that the stock will go up. Wannabe! Life and humans are not so unidirectional. Board members regularly are pressured into buying to show support for the company. They accept shares in lieu of compensation or buy what are considered for their deep pockets piddly amounts but for anyone else are significant. It's not so black and white after all. How did you say, here endeth the lesson? Lol
