For example, it's just like real estate, where you might have 10-15 players who are doing the "open house" and are midly interested, but you might only have a few that are serious serious players willing to put in an offer.
I do like having these external advisors though, especially since management owns a pretty good amount of shares, so it helps keeps things indepedent so that the company does move forward in the best interest of shareholders, even if the CEO is not happy.
We're 19 days until the end of the year though and Xmas is just a slow period. So likely everyone is getting set up and probably just waiting for the Q4 results to come in (they probably have the November results by now).
Not expecting too much for the next few weeks - but we'll see if the new investor relations guys helps guide the process as well.
