It is possible to view a glass as half empty or half full. The main difference in this subjective, not objective, judgment, does not have to do with the status of the glass' actual fullness, but the status of the observers predisposition toward a positive or negative attitude. One statement of personal opinion is a given. More than one can be tolerated if the intent seems sincere. Many repetitions of the same complaint with no change are indeed a waste of the individuals and the board's time. IMO.
