curious why John Tapics who failed to cover environmental assessments for Raven was elected to Board

curious why John Tapics who failed to cover environmental assessments for Raven was elected to BoardSo, my question is why was the  former CEO for the Raven Underground Coal Mine, John Tapics, who demonstrated incompetency on a grand scale by  failing to meeet minimum standards in getting the permit through a fairly straightforward environmental review process, was "elected" to the Copper Mountain Board?
Clearly he was jettisoned as CEO of Compliance Energy as the EAO turned down the application for the Raven Underground Coal Mine due to over 100 pages of omissions and gross discrepancies, many of which have been characterized as due to nothing less than incompetency?  Stockholders feel duped.
John Tapics was in charge of this process and given stocks for the Raven Coal Mine have plunged to a few pennies, clearly he was "released" to consider other venues like sitting on the ***** Board that pays him, what, around $70,000.   For the years he was responsible for getting the Raven coal mine thru the permit process, he was milking stockholders for a salary that peeked at around $300,000.00 a year.   So the question is, what are ***** stockholders going to do about this issue?  I strongly advise investigating why ***** would want John Tapics on its Board of Directors and why stockholders would agree to whatever salary he is pulling.
