Basically dismissed the material effect of the crusher incident.

Imo, this kind of answer reduces my confidences on their claim:

"Copper Mountain Mining Corporation is committed to increasing shareholder value through a dedicated investor relations program. The program is focused on open and accessible lines of communication."

Although the person at CMMC  IR promptly replied to my message, some upper management or maybe the Board of Directors decided it was a non-material event.
Reading the Press release and looking at the share price movement, my guess is shareholders concluded the opposite.
