I think the only thing the black market sells is straight up weed, the equivalant of moon shine before alcohol prohibition ended.  The mj sector offers vapes, edibles, drinks but most importantly labels what is in it - like, cbd vs thc, plus reasearch for medical use.  This is what the catalyst will be for the sector as the general population becomes more familar with it.

And where is that black market report Bojo was talking about.
