If you read the article it is focused on the data leak not the investigation into CURA's financial ties with a Russian oligarch. The old "Russian ties" news was alread investigated last year and found to have no basis in truth.
Don't give any credence to posts from the Dumpster as he is just a troll looking to incite and frustrate with misleading posts and mis-information. It is important now a days to vet all posts and glean the truth from them as social media has resulted in the proliferation of alternate facts (i.e. lies).
