and NJ officials for their leadership in decoupling the onerous and outdated Section 280E from the tax code, eliminating a key barrier that has impeded entrepreneurship and growth for big and small businesses alike, across the nation. We're optimistic this will pave the way for additional reform actions across more states and, hopefully, at the federal level, in the near future
