I agree very disappointing news. As for a timeline, I truely think it would be more like 2-3 quarters as this is becoming more of a 'show me' storey. 40% is a huge overrun and actual costs must have been known to management  prior. Most analysts I hear comment on this company say that their core business is cyclical and they have a little too much debt. So if funded by the existing credit facility then it may be a bit a time before the analyst community gives this company any cred. At least I am glad to see that the current time line remains on track and I hope for new contracts for the excess capacity soon. Down now a buck seven-ouch :(
