This drop begs the question: IOs it about the CEO's past mismanagement at NATO and resultant firing or is there more bad news to come? If it's the former; great buying opportunity. If it's the latter??? But I cant think for the life of me what worse there is....Chemical prices up, trains nearly all contracted, terminal nearly completed, financing already done.... Even a drop in dividend wouldn't account for this...
