354% geez anyone that claims that using one time capital costs as part of the math is clearly out his/her element in the stock market,  what a dumb statement.

Usually darkest before the dawn,  dividend cuts often mark the bottom when a stock has had a setback like CUS has had this past few months.  Next quarter they will be able to talk about the terminal being very close to completion,  there will be some successes, likely a new CEO will be on board and life will go on.  This company still has signficant assets and real revenue, it is not a one trick wonder.  This will pass...
