They also have their own fabrication facilities at Nisku and more importantly for any future expansion plans at NATO, have the Engineering and Construction expertise...
If I was John Brannan, I would offer .175 Cenovus share for every Canexus share. I think he might just have a few takers, especially those who got sucked into the last Canexus share offering by the underwriters...
