What part of the author's analysis do you disagree with?  

You've stated a lot of hypotheticals and reasons why banks hold short leashes, potential rising interest rates (assuming they roll over convertible instead of paying it off with NATO proceeds, etc)....and that's all great information based on hypotheticals - but man - you completely doged the question.  

Do you think this is going up or down, AT THESE LEVELS in the short term and long term.  If it's going down - why?  Where is the Seeking Alpha authors analysis completely wrong?
