I made A very clear case for why this is worth Less than $1.88 (the SA value). The exact value,$1.37,as you put it, is irrelevant. Watch the demand for all chemical products in North America drop and watch EBIdTa drop. Wait and see what other surprises this team has left for you up their long sleeves.
Though i I agree Dilution brought on by a bank call is less likely than not, I won't put anything beyond this management team until they show some transparency and performance. Keep gambling, you've clearly got a plan to get home without cash anyways.
Invest in good Management and good ideas, folks.
