My guess is hedge funds and arbitrage specialists are going to have a field day with this stock for a while. On the call, superior said they consulted with the best lawyers and they think the deal will get done no problem. Supposed to have 35 million in synergies .... wont close until mid 2016..... Then canexus shareholders get superior shares with a way higher dividend.
