RE:RE:RE:RE:First 1832 Man., now Franklin discloses sellingFranklin dumped following the merger announcement. Obviously they thought the deal reeked. SPB closed at $9.98 yesterday. The holders of the bought deal @ $10.35 two weeks ago are now materially underwater. Another issue, compare Chemtrade's Sellling and G&A costs to Canexus. CHE has 2.6X the Revenue but Selling & G&A costs are similar. Distribution costs could be a factor but if not, no wonder SPB sees synergies.
