Be careful

Be careful
These new senior notes, while "unsecured", are nonetheless "unconditionally guaranteed by certain of Canexus's current and future subsidiaries". That means they rank far above the common shares. One has to wonder why management would not even engage Chemtrade? What would it hurt? And who bought these new notes? They weren't offered to the public. Simply a lot of red flags lately.
