Chemtrade

wants    to  buy    CUS     at     1.45 +   cash   per  share  .   CUS    directors   wont   engage  them  ?

So it would seem but CUS is running up more debt. I hope Chemtrade doesn't buy CUS since their last acquisition has yet to result in a higher share price or a dividend raise.  Growth for the sake of growth instead of growth for the sake of making more money.
