Poor Management & Governance (BOD), yet you're all here...

Guys, I advised you to give up following this pig and take your loonie (stock value) out of the pile a long time ago. A company that keeps management and BOD in place after something like Boondoggleheim is going nowhere. Rebuffing this most recent offer and not even talking to Chemtrade is THE last indication that everyone should need here that CUS management doesn't give a flying you-know-what about the shareholder. Many of you asked what was a better investment one year ago. I told you a story about another turn-around (a "REAL ONE") in progress - IBI Group. Only one of you came over. Only one of your have tripled your money this year. The rest of you, are still here. For your health, divert your attention elsewhere...cut your mental and financial losses. CUS has some attractive assets (I've always maintained that), but has some of the worst management around. Today is another display of that. Let it be the last one that you let yourself observe. Sincerely, good luck. And, please, go do something else.

Yes, you were one of the few voices that made sense.

The words "egregious shareholder value destruction" have never been truer. I can't believe this two-bit board has lasted this long. They should've been put to the curb - where they belong - since Boondoggleheim costs and schedule exploded. This will be a knockout made-in-Canada business case one day. The Board and managment has been self serving and have not represented the Shareholder, and I agree with their comment of " destruction of shareholder value". I am glad to see some action on the matter, however Sterling motive needs to be examed as well, are they not for the CUS lowball take over offer?
