What’s the thoughts on Chemtrade's generous offer to buy the CUS.DB.C at par? 

Not for me. I would rather collect the income for a few more years.

Does anybody have thoughts on this?  I guess the future value of the debentures, lies in the ability of the company to continue to make profits.  If so, they should be able to make the interest payments on the debentures.  If not, then the debentures could trade at a lower value. I note that Chemtrade is issuing some new debentures with a 4.75% interest rate.  I think they'

5.75's are all gone.   So do the 6 and the 6.5 's  still collect interest although they are delisted or are the to be redeemed also?
