RE:EIA Chart, numbers tells the tale what you talking about WILLIS?? those are the API numbers-big difference as API is roughly a private "guestimate" using among other things, voluntary data where as the EIA inventory report is supposed to be based on mandatory data provided to/released by the US govt itself...note for this week, while there was a so called "unexpected" withdrawl in oil, both gasoline as well as distallites had huge increases so all 3 need to be taken into account when reviewing the greater picture...see below...dwdc

"Gasoline inventories saw another large build this week, rising by 4.896 million barrels. Distillate inventories also rose this week, by 6.873 million barrels"
